The Community Action Partnership of Solano, Joint Powers Authority (CAP Solano JPA) is pleased to announce two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for a $4,863,964 Local Housing Innovation Grant from the Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC). The Housing Innovation Grant will support implementation of the Neighbors Helping Neighbors: Forward Together Five-Year Regional Strategic Plan, as well as the development of additional Permanent Supportive Housing units, short and/or medium-term housing assistance, and wrap around supportive services for Solano County’s most vulnerable Medi-Cal beneficiaries who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

The Capital Housing Projects RFP (RFP #2018-2) seeks proposals for capital housing projects creating permanent supportive housing to serve Medi-Cal eligible beneficiaries who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Solano County. The maximum individual grant amount under this RFP is $1,500,000. Grant funds may be used for capital projects adequately zoned for the implementation of permanent supportive housing dedicated to meeting the high priority needs of PHC members. The Housing Services and Supportive Services RFP (RFP #2018-1) seeks proposals for the provision of rental assistance and/or supportive services from interested and qualified applicants. The maximum individual grant amount under this RFP is $1,081,070. The RFP seeks proposals for funding for a combination of subsidized housing and/or supportive services projects to serve Medi-Cal eligible beneficiaries who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Solano County. Applicants must email a Notice of Intent to Apply via email to aulrichconsulting@gmail.com by December 14, 2018 at 4:00 pm PST. The Notice of Intent should include a brief summary of the project design you intend to propose, whether you are applying for housing services and/or supportive services funding, the target population you plan to serve with your project, and a brief overview of your plan

Applicants must submit their full application and any required attachments via email to aulrichconsulting@gmail.com by December 31, 2018 at 4:00 pm PST.
